Below is an extract from the Breed Survey, 5/04/2007. "A very large dog. Good head. High wither, firm back, good length and lay of croup. Good top and underline. Very good fore and hindquarter angulation. Stands correct in front. Moves correct coming and going. Moves with very good reach and drive, the back remains firm. During movement moves with willingness to run. Character and temperament good." "Standing at the upper limit of size, an impressive dog that shows good strength, character, type and colour. The eye could be a little darker."
"Suitable to improve colour and type. Care to be taken with eye colour."
